At times during a clothed inmate search, a correctional officer will have reason to proceed to an unclothed search of the inmate. This program describes under what circumstances an unclothed search is warranted, exactly how to conduct such a search-of both male and female inmates, defines contraband and describes the importance of professionalism and consistency during each search. At the end of the program, viewers will have the opportunity to observe and critique an unclothed search.
